Iron and folic acid are an essential mineral for life. Folic acid maintain absorption of iron .
Iron found in every body living cell so it is necessary for production of hemoglobin (the main component of red blood cells), myoglobin (the main protein of muscle cells) and some enzymes. The health benefits of iron include treating anemia, supporting the immune and respiratory systems, and providing the body energy.

Iron deficiency can cause general weakness, inability to concentrate, frequent exposure to infections, and poor health in general.
