1-Sit comfortably and relax for 5 minutes before measuring. Keep your back straight and feet flat on the floor.
2-Apply the cuff to your upper arm (preferably the left arm), about 2–3 cm above the elbow. Make sure it’s snug but not tight.
3-Connect the cuff to the monitor.
4-Press the start button. The cuff will automatically inflate and begin the measurement.
5-Stay still and quiet while the device measures your blood pressure.
6-View the results on the large, backlit screen:
-Systolic pressure
-Diastolic pressure
-Pulse rate
7-An icon will appear if irregular heartbeat is detected.
8-The monitor saves the reading in memory (for the selected user).
9-Turn off the device or let it power off automatically.
10-Store the device in a dry place, and clean the cuff if needed.
