Adults and Children aged over 10 years: 1 teaspoon (4g) per day for 3 days, increasing to 2-3 teaspoons (8-12g) if required.
Children aged 2-10 years: Half a teaspoon (2g) per day for 3 days, increasing up to a teaspoon (4g) 1 to 2 times daily if required.
The powder may be added to drinks, cereals, yogurts, smoothies, water, or taken directly from the spoon.
