The dressing is thin, silver-impregnated and can be cut to the right size for the wound.
The Hartmann Atrauman dressing is non-adhesive, which makes the process of changing it painless and does not cause harm to the wound.
Suitable for treating difficult chronic conditions such as leg ulcers, diabetic foot and patients with decubitus.

    Take the bandage out of the package and cut it to fit the size of the wound well.
    -Remove the backing paper from one side of the bandage.
    -Place the bandage over the wound on the side where you removed the backing paper.
    -Remove the packaging paper from the other side of the bandage.
    -Place a secondary dressing (gauze or absorbent pad) over it to absorb exudate from the wound.
