    1-Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before testing.
    2-Insert a test strip into your CareSens PRO blood glucose meter. The meter will turn on automatically.
    3-Use a lancing device to prick the side of your fingertip and obtain a small drop of blood.
    4-Touch the edge of the test strip to the blood sample. The strip will automatically draw in the blood.
    5-Wait for the result. Your blood glucose level will appear on the screen in about 5 seconds.
    6-Dispose of the used strip and lancet safely after testing
