Procto Lysyal is a cream for topical use containing T-LysYal: a supramolecular Aggregation of Hyaluronic Acid, Lysine, Thymine, and Sodium Chloride, characterized by a large and fluid hydrodynamics.
This peculiarity allows it to act on the structures of the mucosal epithelium modulating the inflammatory and repairing process of the lesions reactivating the regenerative processes at the cellular level.
T-LysYal, present in the device increases tissue hydrodynamics, enhancing the hygroscopic capacity of the hyaluronic acid polymer chain, a fundamental structural component of the extra-cellular matrix (ECM).
This helps to keep the matrix hydrated and supports its structural integrity as well.
Given the high-level hygroscopicity, T-LysYal increases molecular transport capacity, supporting the repair processes of anal and perianal lesions, cicatrization, and absorption of edema.
In addition, Procto Lysyal has lubricant, lenitive, soothing, and barrier effects. from a symptomatic point of view, the actions exerted by procto Lysyal induce relief from pain, itching and burning.

During treatment with procto Lysyal, in order to maximise its benefits, it is recommended to follow some simple lifestyle rules:
Drink water abundantly.
Increase the dietetic content in fibres.
Avoid spicy and hot meals, since they have an irritating effect on the ano-rectal mucosa.
Avoid a prolonged seated or upright position: this could determine an increase of haemorrhoid veins pressure and sphincter contraction.
Avoid too close-fitting dresses and prefer natural fabrics.
Keep perineum carefully cleansed.
