Dissolve one effervescent tablet in a glass of water (200ml). Wait until the tablet has completely dissolved and drink immediately.
Take once daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Do not swallow or chew the tablet.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
