    Fill the tank with lukewarm water and fit the nozzle you need. Choose a pressure setting, starting on the lowest if you are new to it. Place the nozzle in your mouth and lean over the basin before switching on, letting the water run back out as you guide the jet along the gumline and pause between the teeth. Rinse your mouth when you have finished, then empty the tank and let it dry. If you have gum problems or have recently had dental work, check with your dentist before using it regularly.
