Arox eye drops are drops that contain moxifloxacin, which is used to treat infection and inflammation in the eye.
Moxifloxacin belongs to the group of fluoroquinolones, which are antibiotics that completely eliminate bacteria.
These drops are used to eliminate infection-causing bacteria in the eye that cause bacterial conjunctivitis.
Symptoms of this infection are severe eye pain and redness, in addition to frequent, sticky yellow discharge from the eye.
